Any one know if there are any companies that re coat cast baths with any success, and if so is there one in Portsmouth area?
I don't know about guys in your area, but I have used a company in the past called the bathroom doctor with good results, they operate as a franchise company so may work in your area. However, the result is only as good as the guy that is doing it, so ask locally for recommendations for a company.

It's only a paint job really, I've never seen a good durable in situ recoat.
