Cast iron flap access cover for water service tap

Any of you guys know where I can get a new one of these covers?
It's in my gravel front path and the cover's hinge has broken which is a potential trip up hazard...

Tried till I'm blue in the face to get the water company to replace it but they just keep ignoring it...

Quick job to dig it out and replace but where to get one
