Wondering if anyone can help, looking after some guidance please.

I’m doing a loft conversion and currently reinstating the party wall edges.

I had an issue with leaks prior to this and I believe it was due to having old concrete tiles on angle, without any lead flashing.

I’ve attached a photo of what my roof should like when finished, and I need to know what this trim is (marked in red) I had a look at a few detail drawings etc. I believe it is a dpc tray/ cavity closure. The wall is a solid double brick with no cavity.

if this was to be just a dpc rolled out over the top, it wouldn’t look as rigid as this. What is currently below my cavity tray is some form of fibreglass tray. And this is what ideally I’d like to find.

Can anyone provide any guidance please? Or any easier alternatives. I already bought a code 4 lead roll 300mm wide to run onto the tiles below the coping stones.

Many thanks

Thanks. What can you see that could be a potential issue?
