CDA Dishwasher beeping - what does this mean ?

I have a CDA (CW496) Dishwasher which has just started to beep about 10 minutes into its' cycle. When I open the door, the start button is flashing and the indicator light is lit on the rinse cycle (even though I started it on the Daily cycle).

I've reset it, and started again, but get the same problem.
Please could someone help me understand what this beeping means ? All help greatly appreciated.

sadly it means the pcb is on its way out. CDA are cheap and nasty appliances and are prone to problems with their electrics
i used to be their local repair agent and changed loads of these. they are easy to do but getting the covers back together can be tiresome on the 2 part door versions
