This is the rose on the garage roof. Obviously earth needs togo into that earth point but which side does live and neutral need to go. The old light bulb connect isn’t colour coded like I thought it would be.
Looks like a normal ceiling rose setup, except that there is no "cable to next light".
The blue wire with no sleeving is the neutral, the blue wire with brown sleeving is the switched live, the browns in the middle are the permanent live.
