Hi.

I've just resprayed the rear quater of my car today (not metallic if that makes a difference)

The finish is ok, just not very shiney.

How long do I have to leave it before i can sand it with fine wet & dry then use some g3 rubbing compound?

Thanks in advance :D

When spraying cellulose it is vital that the thinners are the highest quality you can afford, do not use gun wash. Also the final coat should be virtually all thinners, applied just enough to give a wet appearance.

Thanks for the reply, i used "high gloss thinners" and put the top coat on 70:30

just wondered how long do I have to leave it before i can use some g3 rubbing compound?

A few days left out in the sun should harden it enough for a polish with G3, a small test area first.
