Would 50mm celotex be enough to put underfloor heating on. It is a block and beam floor with a void underneath.
 
If it's newbuild, then the SAP/CI calc will have made an assumption (or it's on the drawings), but wouldn't think 50 is enough for that. If it's an existing property and there's no BRegs requirement to achieve a min U value for the floor structure, then something is always better than nothing, but if you can get it up to 75, then less heat loss will result.
 
Check with the manufacturer, but IIRC most recommend a minimum 75mm foil backed board.

If you go for less, you'll only be keeping the ground below warm
 
i am doing the same in the kitchen. spoke to bld regs and they said put in 75mm. got 6 sheets delivered free for £165 from buildit.
