If it's newbuild, then the SAP/CI calc will have made an assumption (or it's on the drawings), but wouldn't think 50 is enough for that. If it's an existing property and there's no BRegs requirement to achieve a min U value for the floor structure, then something is always better than nothing, but if you can get it up to 75, then less heat loss will result.
