Hi all,

In my new house the hot water is unbelievably hot, so today i did a little investigating.

The system comprises of a Concord WCF boiler, the flow from the boiler splits i have found a valve on the CH side of the split but not on the HW side. Also there is no thermostat on the cylinder.

So it seems everything is controlled from the room thermostat, CH Zone Valve and the timer with no way of controlling the HW temperature.

Have i got a badly installed S Plan??

What is needed to sort this system out? Is it a case of putting a Zone Valve and cylinder thermostat in for the hot water circuit?
If so how would be the best way of wiring it up?

Would it be someting like?
