Central heating problem (HALSTEAD FINEST PLATINUM Boiler)

hi everyone,
there is a HALSTEAD boiler in my flat. and last month, the Central heating system didn't work any more, but the Hot water system is working normally. i have checked that the water pressure is fine, and i also tried to reset the boiler but the problem is still there.

if anyone can give me some advice or tell me how much will it charge me by asking a engineer to fix it?

i have fixed the problem. there was a rupture in the plastic part of the CH switch on the PCB.
