Central heating programmer query/instructions

Hi guys,
I am looking for some instructions for a British Gas UP1L Central Heating and Hot Water programmer.

Pressing buttons like crazy, but it does not seem to want to just heat the hot water without bringing on the central heating

Any ideas of how to work this would very much be appreciated

sure its not the other way round??

It might be set for a gravity system in which you must have HW on before you get CH.

If you don't want the CH to come on, just turn down the thermostat on the wall.

You do have a wall stat, don't you
