Is your filling loop disconnected, as per the manufacturer's instructions?

The loop is disconected as need to insert the key to pressurise and i have removed this

Turn off the cold supply at the boiler for the dhw sied, if it fixes it, heat exchanger! If it doesn't filling loop. Now I know Worcester have that key so can't see how it can be that but just go through the motions.

Turned of supply to DHW and pressure does drop on gauge this has got to be the problem as before i did this i drained a bucket of water out the C/h system and the proplem of rising pressure still existed i have also checked the expansion tank for water coming from air side and this is fine.
