Ok, I have a question that I would like to ask: -

1. What would be the advantages and disadvantages of Central Heating methods, such as gas, oil etc.
(Such as fitting, cost and ease to obtain the energy)

Thanks very much for the help in advance.

Perhaps some others have too much time and will give you a few basics but you would be far better looking on the internet or getting a book from your local library.

However, a little knowledge and be dangerous and my advice would be to engage an expert to advise you in your particular situation.

I think you should make a grid as you have listed & put ticks against for / against.

A start Electric is probably the easy one to install & service, but then do you have fan heaters, storage heaters, convectors, etc etc.
I think you need to have your own prefernces as a starter, & work from there.
Are floors solid
Can you store oil
Can you get gas
Can the incoming electric cable supply the need.

Im only a DIYer wait till the pros start.
