Ceramic Floor Tile Grout

I have just had white ceramic tiles laid and the grout used is grey in colour. The room is very small and the grey detracts from the rest of the fully tiled room.

My tiler has explained that grey is standard and white would stain and get dirty quickly. Has anybody any suggestions on how I can improve the look. Could I simply overlay white floor grout on top? Any advice would be welcome.

to rectify this you,d have to scratch out all the grout and put new grout down.BIG JOB!
i,m in the building trade and, come to think of it, floor grout always seems to be grey.
doesn,t mean it doesn,t come in white though.
