All normal except for some micro boiling when DHW is demanded.

After the DHW has been running for a while, the gas valves suddenly shut down, the thermoelectric valve shuts down and the pilot goes out.
The boiler temp is not high enough to trip the boiler temp limit stat. at the point of shutdown.

Any suggestions as to where I should start looking ?

Flexible hose from pump to heat exhanger partially blocked would be the first place i would look.

My advice is bin the pile of scrap. Devil boilers

I would start by doing a thermal survey!

That would show up where the fault lies!
