at the current moment my pressure dial is reading at 1, ive read before its best to have the pointer in the middle of the 3 red bars, how do i get the water out to bring the pressure back down?

and would this be the problem thats causing our showers to be hot and cold and unable to fill a bath with hot water?

1 Bar pressure with the system cold is fine. Hot and cold showers is seperate problem.
