on a britony combi when boiler is set to hot water only the pressure reads 1 bar but when i switch it to hot water and radiation the pressure gauge shows different much less than 1 bar.

1 i beleve the boiler should be running between 0.7 and 1 is this right?

2. is the pressure change when selecting different modes on boiler normal?

3.shoud i fill using filling loop when boiler is in off position, hot water only or hot water and radiation ?

thanks

The pressure gauge only shows the pressure within the central heating side, whether it is in CH only, hot water only, or both.

I've never known for the pressure to change when selecing between DHW & CH.

When cold, fill the system via the filling loop to 1 - 1.5 bar and you should be good to go.
