Hi, I'm sure that's what I did! the keypad display went to a "-"

so I powered it down to seek help!

ill double check & get back to you! (its at a late friend's widows home)

many thanks

Bell boc seems ok

can anyone help with the programming? keypad shows IFLt

is there somewhere I can download installer instructions?

thanks

Check the boc that seems okay, it needs to be okay, not "seems".
Also check the fuse (s) you have probably blown.

Box, I meant box!

the alarm wont set, and I think I need to clear the fault codes - can you tell me where I can find installer instructions?

The maker of the Karisma was ADE (optima fame)!!!
The Karizma was a Point ID format panel I have never used one or worked on one but did the old Bell-box have an ADE I.D. "buscuit" fitted in it??
