changing one way switch to two way

Hi i have an exsisting switch in my hall which is operating a light in small room i want to change this to a two gang switch to operate a light in landing to upper loft and i also want to put new switch at top of landing so i can operate light from entrance going into loft can you explain wiring
the switch that i want to change is running into junctio box in loft
