Chase solar panel cables into wall

The terrace house I've moved into has large cables (not very well) hidden behind some trunking which stops at the skirting board. This is right by the front door and I'd like to chase these cables into the wall.

My concern is that there are too many cables/they're too thick to be chased into the wall.

I'm also a bit reluctant to muck around with a wall chaser right by high voltage cables...

So I guess my question is (a) whether people think it's possible/advisable to do this and (b) if so, whether I can do it myself (e.g. by hiring a chaser) or get a professional in?

They might overheat in a wall or the chase might damage it structurally. Its pretty clear there are cables in the vicinity so unless you move the CU elsewhere, consider boxing it in so it is hiding in plain sight.

The large cable there is the incoming supply to the house.
You can't move it yourself, or conceal it in a wall. Neither can any electrician.

If you want it gone, then the only option is to have the supply relocated by the network operator, preferably into an outside cabinet.

I don't believe they are solar panel cables.

I would be inclined to build a wooden boxing, down to the floor.

Thanks for all your help. I've taken a few more photos and explored underneath the floorboards too. Could anyone help me identify the cables?

As people have said I think my best bet is to just box it off but I'm not sure what this errant little cable is doing?

The cables look too ancient to be solar cables (as your posts suggests).

The very big round cable appears to be the main supply cable feeding the whole house. You are not allowed to mess about with this cable, nor should it buried into the plaster.

Build a nice wooden boxing round the lot.

The little bare copper wire looks like a bonding cable to the pipe.

Ditto with the others, that's the main intake, not solar.
