Chest Freezer on the blink?

Hi,
When I opened the lid on the chest freezer water ran off same which is unusual. There is ice around the walls inside and the outside of the cabinet is warm and the motor is working.

Is it the start of the end or just something quirky please?

where did the water run off from? sounds like condensation, normally nothing to worry about, and normal around the door seals.

The water came from inside the lid and yes as it is still freezing it must have been condensation - thanks anyway.
