Chisel for door hinges, latch and frame hinges

I don't own a chisel and will need one for my foray into hanging a door to a new lining.
Can someone please recommend a size for this purpose and if there is a good value make that I should consider.

Screwfix 9499v......a quality 25mm chisel which will suit you well.

Whatever you buy you need to be able to sharpen it, even the best quality chisels need honing.

if you are unskilled like me, you may find it difficult to sharpen and hone the edge.
