Christmas plans.........

Just being nosey really! What are you lot doing for Christmas? Are you having the family round or are you going away somewhere nice?

I don't particularly like Christmas (big rip off) so we normally go away (Thailand last xmas/new year) but we are staying at home this year........unfortunately!!!!

Normally go away to somewhere remote in the UK. Have had some really nice ones as well.

Decided to stay home this year, and low and behold, we have people trying to invite others and themselves, take over cooking certain things. Whats next, ditching the table (I dont think so).

Have also decided not to do the big feed. Will cook enough for the day and maybe boxing day, but thats it. No turkey sandwiches, stir-fry ect. Also stopped doing any shopping for things we need and will wait until Boxing day or January (saved £900 on a carpet and underlay last year).

having my inlaws round for crimmy gotta be out of the house by the 27th jan as i'm moving so lots to do.packing,packing and more packing.hay ho.
