cistern filling very slowly

hi

our loo system is filling very slowly. its either a small trickle or even just drips. its one of those silent-flow ones.

there doesnt seem to be an obvious way to fix it. what do i need to do?

Try dismantling it and clear out limescle etc........or replace rubber valve, or replace it...15 quid and 20 mins.....simples.
