Cistern screws leaking?

Hiya
Has anyone had this problem. The screws that bolt the cistern to the pan.
They are leaking but i cant see how

Cistern will need to be removed to fix.

1. First try tightening the nuts (usually wing nuts) underneath while an assistant stops the screws inside the cistern from turning. Tighten evenly, half a turn each.
2. If that doesn't do it, then replace the bolts and washers. As HERTS P&D says, it will mean removing the cistern from the bowl.
3. If you have to replace it, fit a new doughnut washer at the same time.
