Hello all,

firstly I'm going to apologise as i'm not sure whether this is a builders job or plumbers.

Basically I have a possible job coming up, a toilet needs to be reinstated but the waste was filled up with concrete. So, this needs to be ripped up and replaced all the way to the manhole outside....

Is this a builders job or plumbers?

I'm not going to attempt it myself as I've no experience in this particular area. I've been told by a plumber that it's a builders job...?

Many thanks in advance

It must be a job for a builder. Simple logic: Plumb Center don't sell underground drainage; you have to go to Build Center for that. Plumb Center only do all the above ground stuff.
I wish they'd learn how to spell centre.

All the plumbers are gas engineers now  don`t like getting their hands dirty. Good luck getting a builder to do such a small job.

make sure you get one that can handle a pick safely though!

Ha ha thanks all!

The plumber i spoke to was my brother, doesn't mind getting dirty, just doesn't like hard work lol :D
