clean the windscreen

How can I clean the windscreen it's the outside area where the blades don't reach ( other side of blades sweep.)

Have tried vinegar +paper , toothpaste & windscreen cleaner.

After washing the car and leathering off you can still see this mark although windscreen is clean.

Try newspaper. Or some Elbow Grease.

As you see I have tried paper if you ad cared to read !!

Autoglym glass cleaner - the cream rather than the 'fast glass' liquid......its what the screen replacement people use!

Will give this a try John,
have also tried Decosol windscreen cleaner works well but did not shift area outside blade wipe.

It's certainly worth a try, but the probable cause is the fact that the screen will be abraded in the unswept areas, and therefore will trap more dirt.
Obviously the problem will be worse if the car has a high mileage.
