Cleaning Kitchen Emulsion

I painted my kitchen with white Dulux Kitchen Emulsion around 1.5 years ago. I've recently re-painted the adjoining dining area and now need to either clean or re-paint the kitchen.

Q. What do people use to clean kitchen emulsions? soapy water?

If repainting use Sugar Soap. A bit too strong for just cleaning up without repainting though.

I wasn't planning to re-paint and was wondering what i could wipe it clean with.

We have used something like Flash in the past try a small area first though, as undiluted it can damage paint/varnish but diluted and rinsed should be OK.
