We shuttered a big 4.8m tall retaining wall and some bright spark screwed an 8' x 4' sheet of plywood to the wall and covered it with heavy duty panels, heavy switch gear and buzzy bars etc.
The cable in at the bottom is at least 2 inches thick.
However the panels cover 4 open tie bar holes so if the water level rises at the rear of the wall the switch room will flood.
