Yes. And as @plugwash noted, the 0.75mm² is for flexible cords, and that was your query wasn’t it?

Which flex cable do I use with these connectors and Down lights please?

The 0.75mm² in the regs actually refers to the flexible wire in a pendant, being the wire from the ceiling rose to the bayonet lamp holder.
(If you think about it) There is no difference between that bit of flexible cable compared to the short length of flex from the click flow connector to your downlights.
