One hallway approx 4m x 1m having a significant redo. Sub floor is new 18mm structural ply, flooring will be 14mm + 5mm ply to bring it up to surrounding floor levels. Flooring's going to be laid across the way and new skirtings fitted afterwards.

For such a narrow passageway, are there any significant pros or cons when thinking of either engineered tongue and groove planks vs engineered click fit planks? I'm aiming for each plank to cover the full width with perhaps a few jointed widths just to break up the view.
