closing off existing drains

hi I have had a extension built on the side of my property and have had new drain runs put in place down the sideway but my problem is I still have the original drain gullies in the building which at present are still in use , but I would like to start using the new ones and was wondering how or the best way of closing these off and the cementing over them as it is a concrete floor
there really isnt much on view just literally a 100mm by 50mm slot left

It is possible to bung any drain or gully and plug it with concrete.
