clothing washer draing problem

I need help.

My clothing washer is connected to the piping that hooks to the drain in my kitchen sink and everytime we do laundry the water fills our kitchen sinks upon draining the washer and now when the washer drains the water splashes out of the drain pipe on our floor.

Any bright ideas for a non plumber?

Disconect your waste pipes and inspect.

If clear, then your outside drains are blocked
