Is it ok to run coax along side twin and earth under the plaster?

No

I think min separation is 100mm but I usually separate by 150mm

Thanks, but does that mean the socket and tv point need to be 100mm apart?

no only cabling and if you use the furthest apart knock outs on back boxes you should achieve the separation even better if your fitting a double socket
