Does anyone if it is possible to find the PIN for a Cobra G190 alarm?

Is it set at manufacture or can it be altered by the owner - so could be anything?

I contacted the fitter (receipt with vehicle) but he did not know what the PIN was.

I've had the vehicle for six years but if it were to go wrong can you just unplug it and bridge the wires that cut off the fuel pump? The fitter told me which these were.

On an after market alarm that I removed a couple of years ago, I traced each wire back to where they were cut on the main loom and rejoined them again, with solder and shrink wrap.....all was fine afterwards. Both the fuel pump and ignition supply were switched by the alarm.
There wasn't a pin on this one, just some dip switches but the process is the same.
John :)

Thanks.

I don't want to remove it. There is nothing wrong - at the moment.

I just wanted to alter the settings for which the PIN is required and then I thought if it goes wrong I won't be able to override it.
