cold rad downstairs high pressure on boiler

Hi
Any advice greatly appreciated...got a baxi 105e combi boiler and the rad in kitchen is cold and the others downstairs cooler than upstairs...did have low pressure on boiler that was turned up and now reading above normal and rad still cold...tried opening valve but no air came out just water...everything less than 12 months old
