No pics from outside as terraced house . Otherside of wall would be neighbours internal wall. It’s upstairs on landing .

Parapet wall ( short wall above roof level separating terraced properties ) are often a source of damp issues if poorly maintained , they effectively bypass your roof weather protection allowing rain to penetrate thru the entire party wall ( wall between you and neighbour ).
