Edit: Well you appear to have seen the thread. He stated on 05 May that he'd lost 112.5lbs, his tracker thingy has him as losing 116lbs, so I presume he's at 116lbs lost?

but he doesn't post as often as he used to, could be the malibu and coke!
Not sure how he's doing with the weight, but he has made a tremendous effort, unfortunately for him he has been in and out of work over the last few months. Which is a shame as he certainly knows his stuff.

why did I ever take you off my ignore list?

I'm still about but I've found a new "home" on a weight loss forum where people are actually nice to each other.. ( I know most of you are nice on here but a few are still just assholes... )

I've lost 118.5 lbs so far, so no I haven't gone back on the pies..
I got a job back in january, it's 20 miles each way every day and is costing me £50+ a week in fuel

Change your car.
I drive the same distance and drive a Fiat Doblo van, (company vehicle not mine), and I put £32 in each week.
