colour chart for site plans

Hi, does anyone have a colour chart for site plans. I want to keep to the 'set' colours for when a do a drawing detailing a drain survey.

It's good practice not to use colour, but to use varying line patterns. Also, for photocopying etc. colour wont normally be reproduced so should be avoided

In any case, in these days of disability awareness, colour should not be used.

BS8888 covers technical drawing conventions, but I don't know how (or if) it applies to your drain surveys. I tend to just see differing ones but with an associated key to denote what everything means

So it can't be relied upon that one red line or dashed line means the same thing on another drawing
