Colour Fill

After following advice in a previous post I have shopped around for colour fill for my worktop mitres, But I just can't get white anywhere. Is this because being white you would just use PVA or silicone? If so which? The cut edges are chip free and match up perfectly.

I take it this stuff does give a water tight seal? Because if there is a better product for a white application, even if the color match is not exact I would use it.

is there an exterior painters mate,wonder if that would work if your have trouble sourcing the correct color fill.
try grahams,the sheds,any kitchen showroom they might be able to help.
