I agree, but to come to my case I am doing it myself I had a "leyland vinyl silk emulsion 10L paint which I had in the garden for a while used already to do my toilets downstairs. I used it for my bathroom for the first few coats I noticed that the paint was quite liquid ( left outside took the rain) so I did not mix it with water. After 5coats the wall looks good thanks god but after each coat I felt a very stong smell not a paint smell!!! is it that the pain is gone???
