Com WIFI conection

Strange but all of a sudden my com IP has dropped off .... Polling missed in panel log , not sending out push notifications , you can connect via app but it drops you off , go to online keypad and time and date ok display correct , try to press a button it you lose connection ... Nothing changed on router ?

mine did the same thing at the same time ish.

the 5 and 15 minutes is to with the server and whether is registered you in engineering or not so it will change between these.

put things back on and the poll timer got updated to 15 minutes, think that may be a server something going on??

cant get through to technical
