Combi boiler and UFH

Hi everyone ! I just got UFH installed in my extension and screed is on top and manifold on the wall . Company who fitted all that doesn't connect the manifold and don't do wiring . My builders plumber don't know how to do that so can someone tell me please how to wire it all up and how to connect flow and return to manifold . I know that i need two 2 port valves to independently run ufh and radiators cause i got combi boiler . What else do i need to get it all set up ? Thanks in advance .

My flow from the boiler, (combi) splits in two, there is a port valve on each flow pipe, one goes to the rads, once to the UFH pump/manifold.

Add two thermostats, and house and UFH can be controlled separately.

Can't believe the plumber has no idea how to fit
