Combi boiler not keeping alight

Mother inlaw has a Vailant combi boiler, has ben fitted 4 years but the boiler comes on for short time of 5-10 mins and then shuts down, anyone got any ideas what the problem is??

Call for heat when most rads are closed. Boiler not rated properly. Or any of other 10 possibilities. More details dude

Do we assume it is an Ecomax?

What fault code is showing when it shuts down?

If no fault code press the 'i' button and tell us what is in the display.
