Hi, we have an ideal combi boiler that is shwing a f / l fault. We have tried resetting it and checked the pressure. When we reset the boiler it changes to c and the light which ws on constant starts to flash. within seconds it makes a awlful banging noise about 2 or 3 times then goes back to f / l amd the light stays on permanently. Could you advise what might be wrong and if it is an expensive repair? Thanks.
