In the process of replacing oil central heating for gas.
The property is a 4 bed with one bathroom consisting of a bath and shower.

Would a combi boiler be ok/any good for this type of property?

We currently has a flow rate issue but this is going to be sorted out soon, the neighbours flow rate is 16L/minute so going with that as a figure.

Are combi's any good these days or is this a bad move??

Thanks

Four bedrooms and one bathroom would be ok. Don't go for anything less than 30kw though. You didn't say if it was a mixer shower or electric but as there is only one you will be fine.

16 litres is fairly poor.
Keep the existing hot tank and header tank.
Fine for a combi but don't expect to be doing much else in the house
if someone is running a tap.
