i have an ariston eurocombi,i cannot get hw or the ch to work when the combi is set to winter mode,when i switch to summer mode then i can get hw,anyone have any ideas?cheers

i have a honeywell wireless thermostat,when i draw water in winter mode it sounds as if there is no pressure,when i put the heating on it calls for the boiler but nothing happens at all,when i press the button for summer mode the hot water works fine,and i gather i cant use the heating in summer mode as its hot water only.could it be the divertor or the diaphragm?
