These 2 photographs - one full on and the other of the base) show an unregistered (checked with Gas Safe) combi' boiler installation in a rental property which, from what I know, as a non-expert, of gas and electrical safety regulations is illegally sited in bathroom Zone 1 (only 640mm from top of bath to base of boiler). Leaving aside its unregistered status, which is bad enough but perhaps not surprising, I assume it constitutes an immediate danger to life and should be deemed so accordingly at the next Landlord's Gas Safety Inspection which is due imminently - is my thinking correct? For obvious reasons - fear of death - the bath is not being used until this matter is resolved.
