AKA Plastic site bog. I'm sure you guys have sited dozens on your jobs . What I wondered is - do they not use some sort of "elsan" fluid ? Nearby to us is one used by driveway paving guys. Along come the emptying tanker and IT STANK

does it's contents have to remain raw to be treated @ the works ?
