Hello again,

i have been asked to install a feed from a CU in another shop to a fridge unit and the company supplying the fridge unit say it must be protected by a 20A MCB which is fair enough but the shop has the Wylex 3036 fuses. i know they are not ideal and i could suggest changing the board but theres no chance this will happen for one 16A feed protected by a 20A breaker. is it still compliant to install this circuit on a 20A Wylex 3036 although the fridge company say MCB?

MCBs are available for wylex standard boards...

just out of interest do Wylex supply a type C MCB compatible with the 3036 boards?
